1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Qoenix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or network operator, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Use of the Service

Qoenix Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our video quality measurement and network data analytics tools strictly for internal business operations. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized monitoring purposes.

3. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain all intellectual property rights over the network telemetry and video metrics processed through our tools.
• Our Platform: Qoenix Labs retains all rights, titles, and interests in the analytics software, dashboards, UI design, and documentation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Qoenix Labs provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qoenix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or streaming service downtime) arising from the use of our tools.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
